#24~ Buckwheat Cold Noodles

A very simple preparation! Cold Noodles remind of Taipei City so much. In here,  I just prepared the buckwheat noodles I bought in Puregold. I fried an egg, sliced one cucumber and carrots, and tahini (sesame sauce) for dressing. Some slices of papaya for dessert.

Bento-Take Out: Cold Noodles

What I like in Taipei during summer, cold noodles are available everywhere. My favorite place to buy is 7-11, yes you heard me there are more than  5,000 "7-11 Convenient Stores in Taiwan" like every corner has one. I bought the peanut dressing (I'm not fun of) and prepared at home by using my favorite sesame dressing. With the cold noodles, I also bought hard boiled egg in tea and fresh mixed vege salad.
