Baked Penne with Spinach this time with Whole Wheat Mini Bread with cheese and Choco-Chip Walnut Bar for lunch today. For fresh vegetables, I had baby corn and romaine lettuce with Tahini Sauce, and grapes for my fruit.
I also inserted some fresh carrots in each penne for additional vegetable and make it more colorful.
It's been a week since I left Taipei and never have a chance to make Bento since my sister keep on baking and cooking for everyone. I'll start making again by July :)
