#23 ~ Baked Beef Bulgogi

I had this Bento when I'm still in Taipei and now I'm craving for it eventhough the beef bulgogi is available in S and R here in Manila. I prepared beef bulgogi bought in Costo, some cherry tomatoes, and chopped cabbage with corn and carrots, plus tahini (sesame paste) for the dressing.

Juicy inside, chewy and cheesy outside.

Mix of cabbage, corn, and carrot for the salad.

Cherry tomatoes for dessert.

  2. That baked beef bulgogi looks tempting! I love cherry tomatoes, too, but I usually include it as part of my salad or as vegetable side dish. Happy FTF! I hope you can visit my entry, too. Thanks! http://www.delightmyappetite.com/2011/08/food-trip-friday-bonchon-chicken/
