#16 ~ Fried Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables

I just can't resist, my second time to post Fried Chicken! This time, with Sauteed Vegetables in olive oil. After sauteing, I separated the vegetables by color for a nice presentation. I also have  Coconut Balls for dessert.

Talking about Frugality, the sauteed mix vegetables are all left-over from different Bentos I made.  I have few of the following vegetables: broccoli, carrot, baby corn, cabbage, onion, and garlic.Heat oil in a pan, sauteed everything, seasoned with salt and pepper.

1 drumstick fried chicken
1 piece tofu
mix-vegetables
1/2 boiled egg
white rice
macaroons

Enjoy! Happy Friday!
